Goldcrest have recently added digital print capability to our press options.
Focusing on short run and fast turnaround, Goldcrest Digi print is the ideal solution for start ups, marketing new products and limited or varied production runs.
Set up costs are very reasonable and can offer big cost savings as opposed to multi-plate printing options. It is especially effective for 4 colour process labels and multiple when using multiple spot colours on limited volumes.
Goldcrest offer a fast and efficient full 360 degree print service that can move seamlessly up from digital to main press production when the time is right or back to digital for small top ups or special solutions.
The process is perfect for all kinds of Product Labels and is commonly used by Wine, Beer and Cider bottlers, cosmetic companies and especially for artisan food & drink labels. With no need for plates and cutters, the production process avoids major tooling and design expenses which may prove cost prohibitive to some projects. This means that complex or odd size shapes are no limitation to your creative designs.
The electrophotographic process uses a LED Dry Toner to print. Images are sharp and in full vibrant colour, whilst being extremely colour fast and durable. We work from your own PDF print ready artwork, helping you to get the exact look that you want without extra setting costs.
We only use ISO 9001 approved toners which also have excellent UV resistance. In addition we have a lamination facility to protect your label in extreme situations. Lamination is especially effective for outdoor or damp environments or as protection from degradation incurred with essential oils or cleaning solvents.
